We’ve successfully completed our work activities in July 2020 for our client ExxonMobil in Antwerp, Belgium. This project had a high complexity because specific parts of a loading arm had to be replaced of which the brand didn’t exist no longer.

A project with a high complexity 
On site in Antwerp, our client has a loading arm of the Mannesmann brand. This loading arm ensures the (un)loading of fluids for almost 50 years. Every now and then parts of a loading arm have to be replaced, but new parts of the brand Mannesmann are no longer developed. Next to that, the current parts were over 20 years old, which made it difficult to remake new parts. It concerned a 16-inch loading arm which weighed approximately 40 tons. This made the project even more complex. Ultimately, MOB has successfully replaced three swivels of the loading arm on site.
